Cancellation Policy

Payments are due at the start of each billing cycle. Non-payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services. A late fee of [amount] may apply for delayed payments. Subscription payments are non-refundable except under certain circumstances. Cancellations and Refunds Clients may cancel at any time with [3] days notice. Reignite Your Light Life Coaching reserves the right to cancel the subscription if the Client violates the terms or engages in inappropriate behavior. No refunds are issued unless required by law or specified circumstances. Rescheduling Sessions Clients may reschedule with [24] hours/days' notice. If a Client misses a session without prior notice, the session is forfeited unless otherwise agreed.
